Refund policy

Our return policy spans 14 days from the date of item receipt, allowing you ample time to request a return.

For your item to qualify for a return, it must remain in the exact condition as when you initially received it. This entails, it is unworn or unused, retaining all tags, and housed within its original packaging. Additionally, having the receipt or proof of purchase is essential. Responsibility for the return label lies with the customer, except in cases where the item's defectiveness can be substantiated.

To start a return, you can contact us at myfiercefirefashions@myfiercefirefashions.com. Once we have received your request, we will email instructions on how to return your item.

If your return is accepted, and your item was damaged upon receipt, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you decide that you no longer want the item, you are responsible for the return shipping.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, kindly examine the items. Should you encounter any defects or damage, or if an incorrect item has been delivered, please reach out to us promptly. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, plants, and earrings), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.  Items must be smoke-free; we will not accept worn or damaged items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the latest item.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping
